I thoroughly enjoy working in Des Moines Photography as a photographer. furthermore it is always fun every day because each event is so different. Sierra & Ben started planning their wedding in 2019. They are one of my amazing clients that also had to deal with planning around covid in 2020. Therefore for covid the decided to continue to celebrate their love. As a result deciding to continue with having a ceremony. Even though the event was very small and immediate family, it was still so lovely. My second photographer Aundrea Eilers and I got to photography a little of Sierra Getting ready. We grabbed the ceremony, some family and couple photos for them.
For Des Moines Photography as a photographer, the August day was perfect. It was warm but not too sweltering. Sierra & Ben included their sweet dog Harlow in the wedding ceremony too! I just adore the sweet flower crown photos of her. The venue Carper Winery is located in Norwalk Iowa. It was my first time photographing here and I loved the lay out. Lots of great light and room to move around. There is a vineyard towards the back that we used for photos too. My favorite was this great hill with a willow tree on it.
