Rachel & Jason | Des Moines Wedding Photographer

As a Des Moines photographer, I always love an opportunity when I can assist another photographer in the business. I am always learning, it’s fun, and I get to hang out and talk photography with my friend. So when Jim Stepp asked me to second shoot with him, I agreed. After owning my own business and being a lead photographer for many years, it is nice to second shoot and play with techniques, and gear. Haha! These are a few of my favorite photos that I took from their wedding.

Rachel & Jason’s day was so lovely! They got married at Grace United Methodist Church in Beaverdale. If you have not visited the church, it is amazing! Stain glass, and wonderful architectural details. After the ceremony and frolicking around they had their reception at a local hotel in Des Moines. Congrats to the Seebecks and their lovely wedding and new family.
